This project was executed in multiple scopes and phases, with the initial phase focusing on a comprehensive redesign of the building’s front façade. The redesign incorporated a fresh color scheme, an artificial boxwood accent wall, and the addition of wooden accents at the entrance. Moreover, it involved installing a new garage door and entry door, as well as repairing and refinishing the rock retaining wall.
